This workshop on “The Secret Life of Brains: Understanding and Counteracting Implicit Bias” will be led by Cindy Frantz, a social and environmental psychology professor at Oberlin College.

“The human mind is amazing in what it can do, with the majority of its activity happening below our conscious awareness. What goes on when we see someone who is different from us? How might the secret life of our minds lead us to act in ways we don’t intend? What can we do about it?”
