Did you know that those incarcerated for misdemeanors and unconvicted persons awaiting trial have the right to vote? It’s true, and they need our help. Katrice Williams of the ACLU of Ohio will present a Jail Voting Toolkit training, so attendees can go forth and register folks in jail! We’ll also learn about private prisons, their impact, and what we can do about them. Light appetizers will be provided.
